My goal for every session is to make it feel more like a fun adventure rather than a formal photo session, so that you can enjoy the experience from start to finish. Wind in the hair & toes in the sand, let's let loose a little bit! Laid back and easy going is how I roll (and, let's be real, a tad awkward at times). If you're anything like me, then we'll make a great team.

Skyler has a beautiful, calm presence that instantly welcomes and comforts -- which is a key to how she gets such beautiful images, especially when photographing families. We've had two sessions with her so far, one in-home when our baby was four months old and one outdoors at Fort Mason for a mini-session. Both yielded so many photos we love and treasure! She puts us all at ease, invites us to share with her in advance any self-consciousness so she can help us shed it, engages easily with our baby, and makes the process a true pleasure.
