You will receive an email with your online gallery of images 2 - 4 weeks after our photographic session. Event photography can take up to 6 weeks for gallery turnaround due to the higher volume of images. Want rushed delivery? You can add it to your package!

Upon receiving your online gallery, you will be given access to an online shopping portal where you can order prints, canvases, albums, and a variety of other fine art options. This is a great option for extended family members. Simply send them the link to the gallery and they can order from the comfort of their own home!

I have always been drawn to documentary-style photos and firmly believe your natural beauty doesn't require Photoshop. However, I will remove any temporary blemishes and every image delivered will be edited with my signature style.

In my personal opinion, I recommend finding something that's already in your closet. These images are meant to reflect you during this special time in your life. But if you feel more comfortable starting fresh, that's totally okay too! First and foremost, I want you to be comfortable and feel like yourself. Upon booking, I'll share a list of helpful tips that will support you in narrowing down your clothing options. I offer as much or as little support as you want, so don't hesitate to snap a picture of your outfit options and send it my way!

I typically recommend newborn photos anywhere between 5 - 14 days after the baby is born. However, it's important to take into account how you are feeling, too! I've had parents document their new baby one month, two months, or even three months after they were born because that worked better for their family. Because my style of newborn photography doesn't include special wraps or poses, this give us extra flexibility in timing.

I typically recommend holding your newborn session in the home as it's warm, comfortable, and you have everything available. This is true especially during winter months when the weather is chilly and less predictable. If you want those cute baby arm rolls and tiny toes documented, I recommend holding your newborn session indoors. However, I've had many families hold their newborn session outdoors as well. If you have a specific vision for your newborn session, I promise to do my best to make it happen!

My style of newborn photography is vey candid and natural. It's meant to be a time capsule into your day to day life in this pocket of time. So I do not wrap or pose babies during the session. I'm happy to help out with a simple swaddle, but will otherwise remain hands-off throughout the session.

I highly encourage holding the photo session in your home for newborn sessions because it adds an extra layer of meaning to your images. However, I also understand there are certain circumstances where studio photography is far more convenient for families.

So yes, I do offer studio newborn photography for those who would prefer it! There will be an additional $150 to help cover the cost of the studio rental.
